I understand the World Cup is going on, but waiting 40 minutes for an online order is ridiculous. Staff repeatedly told me my order would be ready in "3 minutes," but those 3 minutes turned into 40. To make it worse, multiple customers who came in after me, sat down, and ordered were served before I ever received my food. The only bright spot was Autumn, who stepped in at the end and was kind and helpful. She deserves recognition.

Horrible…. Came at 5 it was pretty dead, still took waitress 10 min to stop talking to the manager laughing before we got served. When you get food before sodas it’s a bad sign. Then when it was time to order I added to my order and got the biggest eye roll. I mean isn’t that what you’re here for????? Come on Then sent me the wrong drink and had to wait for the right one. I’ll tip anyone but bad service= bad tip. Then the manager shows my tip and she tells out wow are you serious? Well no shit. Never coming here again. Rather eat elewhere

I love buffalo wings and B-Dubs used to be the spot back in the day for me. I don't know what happened or if it depends on location, but I noticed the wings are sometimes overcooked. Very tough and too crunchy. The appetizers have been really good but I even noticed the small changes in the fried pickles. The choice of sauces are good. The spicy garlic being my favorite. I just wish the wings weren't so tough to eat. Other than that, the atmosphere and service was excellent.

She was an amazing hostess. Very attentive and polite. Made sure I was hydrated between my IPA's. Just the best! I appreciate her concern since I was the DD home. The establishment was well maintained and managed. My favorite home BWW ever. Thank you Jasmine!!
