Stopped in at La Colombe for the first time yesterday. I ordered a hot caramel banana brûlée latte and my friend ordered an iced caramel banana brûlée matcha. The rich sweetness of the caramel banana brûlée flavor complemented the earthy matcha perfectly. Both drinks were very good.

Very relaxed, comfy vibes at this cafe. They have a nice selection of croissants and drinks. I had the almond croissant, which came with delicious inner fillings. The croissant size is nice and large. It was very yummy, very tasty, and well made; I highly recommend it. A bit crowded which is totally expected for such great food (still found a table), though it still felt spacious. Staff was nice as well. It also felt like people were productive at this cafe, studying and the like. Very enjoyable place.

I come here a couple times a week and usually get whatever light roast is on drip, or an oat draft latte. Pros: reliable place to get some work done. Music at a low volume, lots of seating, warm and sufficient lighting. Service is really efficient. Yummy coffee - I’ve yet to have a bad one. They have a pitcher of oat milk as well as dairy for your drip coffee; yay for us lactase-challenged folks! Cons: They only have single-use plastic cups, which is a shame for a place this size. They will fill your reusable container if you bring one. Most of the tables have a small surface area - like 18”

The almond croissant had an overpowering syrup flavor, so I didn’t really enjoy it. The bakery selection was also quite limited. However, the coffee and matcha were really good.
