This is one of the slowest McDonalds you’ll find. If there are 5 customers/orders or more everything slows down to a standstill and it moves like a turtle. You’ll wait extended periods because people in the kitchen are extremely slow. The question is what happens if 20-30 orders hit the kitchen all at once. I’m sure some of the workers in the kitchen are working hard but some workers are moving around slow and you can tell they are not happy. Maybe it’s lack of proper training to dead with more than 5 orders at the same time. The drive thru is even slower. Find a different McDonald’s in my op

I used the drive through. The drive through experience was good. Window service was weird. But anyways, I ordered the 4a being the McCrispy Combo. The McCrispy sandwich was BURNT with some hard bread. The fries, I kept getting HAIR all in my mouth. The bag of fries was FULL of hair ! With every single bite I was getting another strand of hair! Needless to say, I will NOT be revisiting this location!!!

I still haven't received my delivery; it’s been nearly an hour and a half, even though the store is only a 10-minute drive from my home. I placed the order via the McDonald's app but can't find a way to cancel it; I tried calling the store, but no one answered. I’m not even sure if the food will still be edible after an hour and a half...

Stopped in here to get a quick lunch with the kids. Wanted to sit down but their doors were locked. I am officially done with McDonalds. Their food experience is terrible and the food is the worst fast food. Culver’s and just about anything very other fast food is far superior. Consider me done
