I've ordered takeout from Hot Space Edison several times, and the food has always been consistently delicious. One of my favorite dishes is the fish with the spicy sauce. The fish is always fresh, tender, and cooked perfectly, and the sauce is packed with flavor with just the right amount of heat. Great location, plenty of parking Very quick service The food was delicious We got the cucumber salad and the eggplant as sides-both were fresh and tasty We got few grilled skewers and grilled squid, all were well seasoned and the meat was nice and juicy We also got the garlic crawfish and a frog leg and pickled veggie crockpot Both were very well seasoned and all veggies were delicious. My only note would be that the frog meat was a bit too chewy,but the seasoning was yum I washed it all down with fresh watermelon juice which was very refreshing

Nana provided excellent service and was very attentive, and we even got complimentary drinks. After a long day of driving, this meal really re-energized us.
