A Psight★This covell location of pepperoni grill has let us down time and time. Tonight’s order was a complete mess and taste horrible. I reached out to you all via your website and this is not acceptable for PAYING customers. Transparent undone bacon, all condiments on one side of a split sandwich, undone/ undercook fries (seems to be your normal), old lettuce, soggy bread… what is happening. Fix the issues. Next problem will result in BBB COMPLAINT!

We gave this place a try on a whim because it was relatively close to our hotel. Great atmosphere and clearly popular with the locals. Pricing on all entrees was very reasonable. I had the chicken piccata and it was very good. Riley ( our waiter) even accommodated my request for extra capers. My husband got the lasagna and said it was some of the best he has had.
