Kora Lea★Absolutely the worst experience. Waited in the drive through second lane for almost 25 mins. Watch 5 cars in the other lane get served and then watched the lady in front of me get out and go in to get her food. Finally had someone come and help me after yelling to get their attention through the window.
Katy K★I placed an online order through the app, nothing complicated. A few minutes later, I get hit with a notification that my order was canceled due to a "technical issue." Okay, fine. These things happen, right? But then I check the app and it's telling me I had insufficient funds. That's weird, so I pull up my bank account and guess what? Not only do I have plenty of money in there, but Whataburger had ALREADY charged me for the canceled order that I supposedly didn’t have money for. So now I'm out the money with no food, and their system is basically holding my cash hostage. I figure the logica
