After a long day of work, this was exactly what I needed! First, Chloe helped us and did an amazing job. She’s so kind and accommodating, and a great cashier. Tim brought us our food and boy if this guy isn’t getting paid over six figures a year I don’t know what Culver’s is doing. He’s the most amazing person I’ve ever met in a customer service industry 1000/10 stars for Tim. Keep up the good work, it doesn’t go unnoticed. It’s Culver’s — you know what you’re getting. Burgers are always solid, cheese curds hot, custard done right. This Elm Grove location runs tight. Orders are accurate, food comes out quick, and the place is clean every time. Staff is friendly without being over the top. You don’t sit around waiting like some other fast food spots. Good option when you want something reliable that isn’t slapped together. No complaints.

I ordered two dinners to go: fish and shrimp, both with two sides, and a pint of ice cream. Total was $41.88. They forgot the mashed potatoes, and the broccoli was mushy shnibbles. I hadn’t ordered from them for at least a couple years because this would happen just about every time I did – they would forget something. Don’t want a refund or replacement – just want to not be cheated out of anything I paid for. Probably won’t be back again for a couple years.

I love the cod sandwich! The burgers and ice cream are amazing too. The workers are always friendly, the restaurant is always clean, and the food is always fresh and hot! The drive through line is usually pretty long, but the food is worth the wait!
