12 year old son just ordered donuts thru door dash. Prompt delivery. OLD AND STALE!! I took in for a refund and informed as she pointed to display shelf they are NOT FRESH!! Cooked once in am and sold throughout the day. Remember the days fresh donuts were there thing every 4 hours? No refund. Treated rudely and laughed at. Guess better buying at walmart discount rack. Fresher and better customer service. Please bring KRISPY KREME TO WINTER HAVEN!! THEN WE WILL HAVE FRESH. I will never return and suggest you and your children boycott this disgrace of a place!!!

Had to give my simple coffee order 3 times, then waited in the drive through for 15 minutes, only to get to the window to see 3 people horsing around and 1 barely working while the other two were horse playing. And these are the fast food workers wanting 15 an hour. Be careful AI is coming for you.

The line was SUPER LONG by the looks of the line you would think the food was GREAT but far from it. I didn't know if to laugh at how ridiculous or be pissed about the meal I received. The only good thing was the coffee with coffee and location it is always a hit or miss situation but this day it was the only good thing. I got the deal that is being offered the sandwich,coffee and hash browns. The hash browns tasted like they were stuck in the back of the fridge forgotten about and then finally fried.
