I had a pretty disappointing experience at this location. My family and I are regulars at this location  usually here a few times a month, and never had a bad experience until today May 2@4:30. While placing my order, I noticed an employee go from handling the register directly to preparing subs without changing gloves. That’s a basic food safety concern that shouldn’t be overlooked. I politely asked the employee to change their gloves, and instead of addressing it professionally, I was met with noticeable attitude. That response made the situation even more uncomfortable. I had my first visit at Jersey Mikes last week and got the tuna bowl. They were very generous with the amount of tuna they added. My 2nd time trying Jersey Mikes today, I got the chipotle chicken cheesesteak. One of the best subs I’ve ever had. I will definitely be coming back.

The food here is always good, but my complaint is that the store was HOT AS HELL!!! The young ladies in there were phenomenal & they do not deserve this type of treatment! We live in Florida!!! My God!!! Fix the A/C NOW!!! This is unacceptable, unethical, & should be illegal!!!! DO BETTER!!! I hope it’s fixed soon! Or I’m reporting it to code enforcement!!!!
