Selina Oeien★★★I have been so excited to try this vegan cafe in Encinitas but was a bit disappointed — I ordered their Paleo protein plate, specifically asking for the eggs to be scrambled and the rosemary garnish (allergic) to not be included. However, the sweet potatoes had rosemary all over and the eggs were circular disks? Also, the avocado was browing and the serving of spinach was comedically small. I sound so particular but I really was looking forward to trying Healthy Creations! Their sister cafe (Nectarine Grove) is a favorite of mine so sad to not share the same experience.
