I ordered the marinated skirt steak well done cause im currently pregnant, and it was pretty pink on some parts. The mash and the veggies were very good, I just wish I could have enjoyed my steak a bit more if it was cooked the way I had asked.

Manny is our waiter and he is top notch with our needs as there are around 20 or more of us having breakfast together. I had the veggie omelet and it was great topped with the mama chipotle sauce. I suggest adding more variety of creamers like pumpkin spice and hazelnut. Great place to host a large breakfast meeting.

This chain hails from rural Northern California, it has a bear and Shasta Mountain Lodge theme. Knotty pine and logs. Embroidered mountain motifs in the booths. It specializes in huge portions of freshly prepared diner food, fit for a starving lumberjack. I had a two egg scramble with mixed vegetables that clearly was made from a lot more than just two eggs.
