We went for brunch and honestly, it was really amazing. My friend had the LOX Benedict and dang... it was good (I tried it) it had a perfectly poached eggs, the salmon was fresh, and the flavors just worked. I went with the Acapulco Scramble with chorizo, and wow the chorizo gave it just the right kick not crazy hot or spicy just right, eggs were cooked perfectly. The portions here are massive, like so big I ended up taking half home, and I’m not someone who gets full easily. The Potatoes O’Brien deserve their own shoutout. They’re hand-cut, perfectly seasoned, and crisped just right on the o
