I had a last minute custom order for a dozen sugar cookies with a tennis ball design for the Chips store in Estero commons. Amanda was very accommodating, did a great job on the design, and had the cookies prepared on time. The cookies were a big hit, design greatly appreciated and were very good! My wife and I stopped in after noticing the sign from the road and decided to give it a try. We ordered two chocolate chip cookies and two pumpkin cookies. Overall, the cookies were good. The employee was kind and answered all of our questions. We’ll definitely be back to try more cookie flavors in the future.

The cookies were cold, hard as hell, and disappointing. I’m not going to lie, never in my life have I ever thrown away a chocolate chip cookie. Well today, I threw all 5 that came in the box. $16 dollars for bland hard cookies. I’m not sure how they have so many good reviews. Let me just put pictures for yall and hopefully a video if it lets me. Save ur gas, money, teeth, and jaws and go somewhere else.

I saw an Instagram video about Chip Cookies. Having an intense sweet tooth and being a pilot I flew across the state to try them out. Did NOT disappoint! Competitively priced. Arguably better than Crumbl & others. They literally stuff their cookies per order which I appreciate. The "make your own" cookie is unique compared to other places. I would definitely try again if there was one closer to home...looks like I'll need to make another flight ✈️🍪
