Emmanuel Rebollar★Took nearly 2 and a half hours to get the pizza from delivery. They didn't answer the phone when we wanted to cancel. Drove to the store at the 2hr mark but a driver apparently just picked it up a minute before we got there. Went back home and beat the delivery driver by 10 minutes. Pizzas were warm at best and one was wrong. Last time was over an hour wait. Not even a little bit reasonable. Don't waste your time on this location.
Delores Smith★Do not order from them they are rude and lazy. I'm not obligated as a customer to meet you in the lobby. There was only one elevator working and I don't like dealing with people. So I didn't get my pizza I was paying cash plus a ten dollar tip his loss. Oh he was 15 mins late as well.
Holy Smokes★This was horrible! Not only did they make me wait more than 30 mins but the order was wrong as well, and the delivery driver they sent to delivery was absolutely the rudest delivery driver I’ve ever experienced since DoorDash has been a thing I will be back to either get this made right or a full refund this is highly unacceptable and you all should be ashamed for serving this because ain’t no way that’s a buffalo chicken melt…
Donnie Killmonger★It takes almost an hour to get in touch with this store. I placed an order for delivery that came with a 2-Liter, but it wasn’t delivered with the rest of my order. After I finally got back in touch with the store to express my concerns, they aggressively told me to come pick it up myself. Rather than apologize, they gave a disrespectful response to a small situation. Great representation there.
