Atlas Mason★★★★We were roughly the first ones in as they opened. Greetings were jovial and seating was swift. The menu was a Lot. There were many choices and the staff was willing to let us order one thing at a time, making it the perfect slow dining experience. The Tacoyaki (octopus in dough) was fantastic and as described. Crispy on the outside and flavorful and warm on the inside. Next we opted for 3 pieces of 4 fish. Noticing that there were 2 of us, we got 4 of 4. It was wonderful. Every fish was well cut and fresh to the taste. Also, a nice selection of Sake. We chose a medium priced bottle to sha

I then had the Jinsei Combo #2, mine came out with 3 pieces of sashimi of tuna, yellowtail, red snapper, and salmon. WOW! The sushi is so fresh and texturally it’s everything you want. Just enough firmness but also super tender and melt in your mouth deliciousness. I also ordered the lemon roll and was surprised at how much I enjoyed the combo of the spicy tuna, the lemon, and wasabi. Was equally spectacular as the sashimi. Highly recommend. Delicious sushi, no doubt!
