The customer service here is absolutely horrible. It’s like the people hate their job. Every time I come they have an attitude and always give you very little amounts of food and when you tell them put more they want to charge you extra when in reality that’s what they should have given you in the first place. They also have the food cold. They didn’t even fill the bowl. I like Cava but this one sucks all the way. The customer service is just so bad. They are absolutely horrible.

Food was absolutely delicious both times we’ve gone. Portions were generous, we had leftovers. Food was very fresh. Lots of options and opportunity for customization. Price is fair for the quality and portions. Will definitely be back time and time again!

Cava ALWAYS has great food. Regardless of the atmosphere. I didnt agree with how many flies were flying around while our bowls waited to be finished to be made in the line up. It was atleast a dozen employees there. So the function of the line should've been wayyy smoother. Tables werent clean in the restaurant. And the trash cans were full. Customer service wasnt bad. UPDATE 5/29 came back cause I love the food. And MARIO and ALAN redeemed my experience at cava. Great service! And friendly smiles through the process with the cashier a young male I didnt get his name. Thank yall 🩷🩷
