I recently hosted an event at Firehouse Grill in Evanston, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Molly was wonderful to work with—organized, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. The second-floor party space is fantastic. It feels private and perfect for gatherings, with its own bar and restrooms, which made hosting incredibly convenient. (The only thing to note is that the space is accessible by stairs only.) Good burgers and fries, a nice variety of daily specials. Quick service for pickup orders. Not a fan of their pizza, but that's just me. Not cheap but also relatively in line for the neighborhood. Good atmosphere for dining in to watch a game on plentiful TVs or have a conversation.
