Tianling Wan★★★★Ordered delivery. I would say the quality is not as good as another Kungfu Tea store I tried, particularly the KF Milk Tea, but overall it’s fine.
Brett★★★★★I was surprised by the quality of the bubble tea at the spot, very close to northwestern and the beach. you get a better deal if you pay in cash, and it overall has a homely atmosphere. they have a few board games to play if you decide to hang around! Sweetness level was moderate but overall the drink was very addicting

Very disappointed, I had paid quite a bit for the grape-ade with %100 sugar only for a random tea to come that tasted bitter with old tapioca inside. If you do not have a product in stock please PLEASE call the customer to see what else they would like. I’m also looking at the website and
