Big Taco Bell fan but never been to such a horrible rude restaurant. The cashier asks if you’d like hot sauce when ordering I said yes 5 fire sauce please. When I get to the window, cashier doesn’t say a word, just sticks her hand out to grab card and hand me a bag, closes window. After a minute, she saw I’m still there, the only word out her mouth are can I help you with an attitude. When I repeatedly asked for 5 fire sauce, she gives me 3 sauces, No words or reply or any customer service. I asked for 2 more and gives me 1 sauce and says she can’t give that much and quickly slams the window s

The store lead today was a rockstar. Didn't wait, knew I needed the restroom open before I said anything, and when I asked to buy a drink they offered one for free anyway. He was quick and very cordial. Thanks for being on the ball and having quality food and customer service!
