I just want to say that good customer service is a rarity these days BUT, This location has the kindest staff and best cookies!!! Brielle is so sweet and efficient, Chase is so kind and lights up the room and Noelle is killing it with these cookies. I've been to so many Insomnia locations and this seems to be the best one. THESE KIDS NEED A RAISE!!!!!!!

It's always my daughter's most favorite cookie store. Pretty special to me. Why? It's always warm and fresh when you receive your cookies... Taste good with a cup of hot tea or coffee. Without these, it's a bit too sweet... I prefer oatmeal raisins and peanut butter. It's also very convenient to purchase from the internet and pick up at the store....

Wow! These are amazing cookies 🍪! They offer many varieties of cookies and we ordered the salted caramel, peanut butter chocolate chips, s’mores, and oatmeal walnut chocolate chips. All were amazing, and freshly made! You can taste every ingredient and they were soft and warm. We also have a chocolate chip sandwich was really good. The service was excellent and I highly recommend visiting this location for possibly the best cookie you will ever have!
