First time visiting this location on Scotch Rd and the experience felt uncomfortable. I walked in (in my work uniform) and there was no greeting I had to initiate interaction just to be acknowledged. When I asked to use the restroom, I received hesitant and inconsistent responses. One staff member said it was very wet while another said there was a lot of water and even mentioned (acid )on the floor. The explanations didn’t feel clear or reassuring. Stopped in for a plain slice with extra cheese and a drink. The pizza was just okay, nothing that stood out. Big issue was my slice got left in the oven way too long and came out burnt, which really shouldn’t have happened. Overall, it was alright, but definitely needs better attention to quality.

Seafood with linguine was disappointing. 3 of 8 mussels were unopened and not edible. 5 clam shells - all empty, save one. Three lovely shrimp and a lot of tough calamari. Will not order this again.

I had a cheesesteak with fried green peppers and onions. The best cheesesteak I’ve had in a long time, maybe the best. The bread was soo fresh and soft while lightly toasted, meat was flavorful, nice and cheesy and veggies was fresh. 10/10
