This Fairfax, Lee Hwy location is always consistent and clean. They have good customer service as well. My only concern, they stopped adding the extra scoop of fries in the bag. That was disappointing and unexpected.

The place was clean and the staff were friendly. The burgers tasted good, and my cheese was not melted fully, one of two complaints. My second issue is pricing, $58, not including a tip for 3 cheese burgers, 3 fountain drinks, and 1 fry.

Still the best burger in Fairfax. Seriously. The simplicity and quality shines through every time. The fries are also amazing. It's a little more pricey than some other chains but I think it's totally worth it. My kids love coming here to and the free peanuts are always a fun time.

It's one thing when you're trying to be fast and everything but yall know better than to undercook someone's fries and under-portion. Can't believe i dropped $17 for a burger and soggy undercooked fries. Whatever changed in the last few months was a mistake and I definitely need a refund.
