I've had several good experiences here, but this was not one of them. I ordered a smoothie to this location for takeout, but when I went to pick it up, it wasn't there. I assumed either my order mistakenly hadn't been made or somebody had accidentally taken it. I asked the lady working the register about it, and asked if there was anything she could do about it and she just said "no." I had an uncomfortable experience at this location today. An employee was wearing very revealing clothing, which is unusual for a workplace and created an unprofessional atmosphere. It also led to inappropriate behavior from another customer. I’m sharing this so management is aware and can address dress code expectations to keep the environment professional and welcoming for all customers.I also want to mention a sanitation concern. I went in this juice shop last week after a workout and it was a pretty solid experience overall. The place was clean and had a relaxed vibe, not too loud or rushed. I ordered a green juice with apple and ginger, and it tasted fresh, not overly sweet like some places do. The staff was friendly and answered my questions without acting annoyed, which I appreciated. Prices felt fair for the portion size. It did take a few extra minutes to get my drink, but nothing crazy. I’d come back again when I’m in the area.
