Insomnia Cookies has the BEST cookies in Baltimore City, hands down! The cookies are always warm, fresh, and packed with flavor. I definitely choose the downtown location over the Towson location every time — the service and quality are just better in my opinion. If you’re craving something sweet late at night, this is definitely the spot to go to. I will absolutely be back!

This was fun. The counter person was down to earth and had a good sense of humor. That's first but second , third , and last... These freshly baked gooey in the middle cookies with just the right amount of crispy on the outside. This was something special. I cant wait to surprise my wife and kids to this cozy friendly fun place with the best freshly baked cookies that I have personally ever tasted. Yall know my sayings, this is just my 2 cents worth, but 10 out of 10 I will visit again.

A little let down because the cookies are good! Workers here make you feel like you’re bothering them coming in the store. Cookies made TOO SMALL for the prices they want to charge (approx $3 per cookie). You can get larger and better at the market.
