I should have read and listened to the reviews for this location. I tried to give this location a chance but sadly they have no quality control and no drivers for delivery. This is the second time I’ve ordered for delivery and it’s come through third-party (DoorDash). If I wanted to use a third-party, I would’ve done it myself. I’ve ordered the my hut box twice now and it’s always delivered with sauce completely covering the personal pan pizza and sauce all over the box. I thought it was the delivery driver but it’s also happened when I picked up the order myself. They don’t have good qualit

I don't know what happened but their Pizza is not as good as they used to be. I used to eat Pizza Hut almost every day now. It's just too much dough and crust and the flavor is lacking. Their personal PAN Pizza was the best and they changed the ingredients. So now they're just not worth it.

The store was extremely busy so I understand an overworked staff. However they should take some care in to the quality of food they produce. I ordered online and the estimated time was 10-20 minutes, I showed up on time and the store was overcrowded with customers. My turn came and I was told it would be a 20 minute wait. 30 minutes later I asked about my food, I was told it would be right up. They gave me my food and I went on my way. Got home and the pizzas were lukewarm and the crusts were burnt, the cinnamon rolls were burnt and the pasta looked over cooked, burnt and dried out. Went back
