Steak 'n Shake

Been over a year since having Steak n Shake food. In between have had gourmet burger specialty restaurants food and several of us agreed the Steak n Shake steak burger rivals and exceeds those competitors for flavor, quality, value. Aside, had orange dreamsickle shake and no one else has this flavor, plus the thickness, texture, flavor plus an unexpected small dreamsickle ice cream treat included. Will decided it’s worth the drive to this Steak n Shake location for a repeat performance!

This is what happens when you get large fries from the steak ‘n Shake they put in a smaller or a medium and call it a day. Thanks so much for your service. Get better thanks. I’m never gonna go here again. I come here once a week.

Love the Beef Tallow fries! Burgers are decent. My boys LOVE the milkshakes. Service is hit or miss but nothing that would keep us away. Just not very engaged. They call your name/number on the microphone and then dump your food and walk away. A little face to face interaction would help, especially since you order yourself on a kiosk and don't interact with anyone otherwise. Or even if a manager made a pass through the dining room to greet people and check if everything is satisfactory would be a nice touch as well .

We ate in and the food was delicious. I got the garlic steak burger and it was delicious. The kids got a grilled cheese and enjoyed it as well. The fries were very crispy, just the way we like them, and our milk shake was thick and flavorful.
