I’m at this Fleming Island Starbucks 4 times a week, so I’m definitely a regular. My husband and I always get espresso - I do a triple and he does a quad. Lately the quality has really gone downhill. The last few drinks looked like milk with a splash of coffee. Barely any espresso taste and way too watery. I expect consistency, especially for what we pay and how often we come. Really disappointed because I used to love this location. Hoping they can get it back to how it was.

I ordered online. It said it was gonna be ready at 8:25am. I walk in exactly at that time and see the food I ordered. I saw someone make somewhat the similar drink I order but without cinnamon powder and caramel drizzle, so I assumed that wasn’t mine. I waited 30 minutes because they didn’t call a name when they set the drink down. I got asked about the order and I told them my name. Still waited. Then when I got asked again, they showed me the drink that was made when I got there that I had assumed wasn’t mine because I don’t order it like that. Fleming Island Starbucks is the best! The baristas are quick and efficient, but also take the time to make delicious recommendations. I've never had a bad experience. It is always clean. The manager goes above and beyond. So friendly and welcoming.
