Amanda★★★I really wanted to like this spot because I try to support downtown Flint. I ordered the chicken shawarma with pita chips and hummus. The hummus unfortunately had almost no flavor and mostly tasted like plain chickpeas. The pita chips had a nice crisp texture but were very small broken pieces and also lacked seasoning. The shawarma had plenty of chicken and a nice char from the grill, but it wasn’t shaved spit style and mostly tasted like garlic. Next time, I'll get it on the side. Delicious & filling. My husband got the tawook bowl with the same thing except he got the tabouli dressing. It was fresh and full of veggies (we don't eat grains). Plus we know that this is a safe place to eat as they cook the
