The lady who took our order name was Teresa. I have to say she was a breath of fresh air. Very personable, interacted with every customer that came through the door in a positive way. Had a wonderful smile on her face which her her lovely heart show through it. I have to say She would be the reason that I will go back and visit Denny's. The food was excellent. After taking our order and serving us, the wait person finally came back and checked on us when were almost done eating. I had coffee, but didn't get refills. At $4.79, he should have been a little more attentative.

We picked up our order from John and didn’t realize we were missing a drink until we got home. We called to ask for a refund for ONLY the drink and John stated several times “I know I handed you the drink.” After going back and forth with “I know I gave it to you” and us saying “no you didn’t” he finally said “come pick it up but I know I gave it to you.” We again said “you did not” and then he finally asked our name. After we gave the name on the order he said “oh, well I ASSUMED you were someone else that just picked up a drink. You can come pick it up.” My husband said “no, we’re 4 miles aw

This is my Denny's. Great atmosphere. Clean restrooms. Great music. Most staff are friendly and attentive. I went there for lunch on 9/29. All was good until we got our food. My Cali Club was messily prepared and was missing the bacon. My sister had fish and it was under done. It made her nauseous. I was given a side of bacon for my sandwich and took my sandwich to go since my sis couldn't eat her fish. Server was great. Cook, not so much.
