Ordered online, but drive-thru was taking forever so I went inside. While inside I was ignored for 20 minutes before I was addressed. They literally ignored the customers in the store. The guy in front of me left after saying he had waited 20 mins and had not been able to order yet. By the time I got the food it was cold and the order wasn't even right. Now I have dissatisfied kids, on top of having to wait an extra 20 minutes for my order to be ready. Unprofessional and unwelcoming. Eat somewhere else.

Is it a reason that the door on this location says 2100 and they closed early? When i pulled up all of the lights was on, an employee was in there, they said nothing not even were closed when i sat in the drive through and when i went to walk in he shut off the lights. If the hrs changed cool but the door literally says 9pm is close time on the building.

Great customer service. The food, however, left much to be desired. Apparently the jalapeño chicken fries are tragic of they aren't "fresh".
