First time coming to Culver’s. Placed a 36 dollar order for curbside pickup at 9:25 I got there at 9:40 and said I arrived. Another car and I sat there for 20 minutes as we saw cars next to us getting served. I decided to walk in where they told me my order was marked as picked up when it was not. The food had been sitting there and was cold. They only remade the concrete mixer I ordered and they give me a coupon for a free mixer only. The Walleye Diner is way overpriced and bland! I was blown away the diner is almost 25 dollars and the sides including dipping sauce had an up charge! My overall bill was $31.46 for the dinner and a root beer! The Fish was a complete letdown it was not hot the breading was soggy and the fish wasn’t cooked properly! There were tons of bones! This was a 1 and done for me! I ended up throwing out the most of the fish and just eating the sides.

This location has consistently been a great experience for me. The staff are always super helpful, and I’ve even met the owner a couple of times — awesome people all around. I really appreciate having this spot so close to work. The food is consistently fresh, and they’ve never messed up my order. Definitely one of the more reliable places I go to regularly.

After traveling for 12 hours we stopped at Culvers to get some of their wonderful Cod. It did not disappoint. But more importantly Felix who waited on me was so patient and so nice. I actually can't remember when I have had such good customer service. We ate in our car because we were traveling with our puppy and before I even stepped out of the car with our trash Felix was there to dispose of it for me.
