It was my first time being here. The options were endless. The staffs were nice, especially Laney, she has and had a very positive mood, energetic and patient. She was very communicative and nice while giving more options without making me nor my significant other feel pressured. The same goes with the lady that was working with her. For my first experience here, I loved it. I’m a very indecisive person and they were lovingly patient as well as polite. The environment and themselves made me comfortable. Overall this place is the best. Again shoutout to Laney for customer Service.

I had a really frustrating experience at this Subway location. I ordered a Veggie Delight sandwich and clearly mentioned in the instructions that I wanted it toasted. However, when I received my order, it was not toasted at all. I went back to the store, and they did remake it, which I appreciate—but the overall quality was still very disappointing. The remake had noticeably less filling compared to the original sandwich, and both sandwiches were poorly wrapped and presented. Went to this subway on 6/9 at 11:45 and was met with the nicest women behind the counter. The first girl who started my sandwiches made me laugh with some jokes and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. Went to pay and was told I was overcharged by about .20 cents. The first girl came up and offered me some delicious cookies for it. Wasn’t bothered by anything and had a great experience! Keep up the great work ladies!!!

I’m sad to do this because I love subway but I had come in and ask for a turkey lettuce and cheese sub which isn’t on the menu but usually you can get this anyway not at this one and the lady said that it was going to be 3.99 and we agreed so we finish the sandwich making and a different lady rung us up and got all mad because the things we thought were sandwiches were wraps and we were confused at first but we figured it out so we told the lady ringing us up that she said it was a sub and it would be 3.99 the lady ringing us up started getting mad at my grandma and I and not screaming but lou
