S L★★★★★Located on trendy Magnolia, this corner restaurant was listed in Fort Worth Magazine as Editor Recommended for it's queso. This brought us here. The Queso Blanco was indeed good. It had what we believed were hatch chilis in it. They brough complimentary tortilla soup which was very nice. The salsa was spicy and they provided a chunky bowl of pico de gallo on sitting. The cheese with the fajitas was shredded blanco cheese. The only downside really was the food was not quite as hot as it arrived. Overall, very good though.
Ciarra Malone★★★We were all referred to Benito’s but it wasn’t what we thought it was going to be. We all got different food. My brisket tacos came soaked and the tortillas just fell apart. The meat cooked was very rough and hard. But it’s worth trying. Everyone has a different palate and might enjoy the different flavors. Parking is difficult at times in this area. It is a bit more expensive than other restaurants. It’s better to order a meal and not À la carte items.
Callie★★Extremely disappointing food but the service was great and the overall vibe of the restaurant was good. I spent almost 17 dollars on the quail plate and it was inedible. Hardly any meat on them, the very few bites I was able to eat were full of bones. This is my first time coming here and I would not recommend this dish and can't recommend eating here. I have never spent this much on a meal and left the restaurant hungry still!
American Patriot★★★★Great chips and salsa options, have a cold spicy and a fresh chopped salsa that has a nice bite…. Daughter and I shared the fajitas that were ok but expected better cut of beef to be used that wasn’t so chewy and tough. Charro beans are excellent and rice was very good. My wife had the nachos and really lined the white cheese they use. Will be back for sure. Server was slow in my opinion for not being very busy we saw her very few times for refills during the course of the meal. Could have been an off day for her?
