I was greeted with a very polite “hi, how are you doing today” that was genuine. It wasn’t the over the top “fake sunshine and rainbows” you get at chains so I guess that is what other reviewers were expecting when they commented on lack of customer service. But again— it was genuine and that matters so much more. My drink tasted perfect and I loved the almond croissant. Great place!!

I asked the worker about it while telling her what I like she said no worries I got you. 2 min later if that she handed me my drink and when I say this lol green macha with honey and something else sweet 🤣 was good. I had to text the owner and tell her cause I normally don’t drink coffee like that unless it’s blended but now it’s got a new favorite coffee. Definitely go try it out highly recommended A+++++frfr

The staff aren't super chatty/ outgoing, but they were kind, which is fine by me. I like that they are rooted in the community and offer opportunities to get involved in various initiatives. I’ve been a couple of times now and have never had a bad experience.
