Cold Sandwich - as if it were assembled with food that had been previously prepared. Typically a chicken sandwich is hot from the grease - this was dead from the pan. The cheese was cold and peelable as you see from the picture; not melted. A complete waste of money and my lunch break. I asked for a straw, she said everything was in the bag.
