I placed a delivery order through the app and one of the Build Your Own Luxe Boxes was missing. When I went back to the restaurant, the manager fixed the issue immediately. It turned out the problem wasn’t the restaurant’s fault- the delivery driver had accidentally left part of the order in their car. Even though it wasn’t their mistake, the manager was incredibly kind, helpful, and quick to make things right. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name, but he provided excellent customer service and deserves recognition. Thank you for going above and beyond!

I specifically ordered the Veggie Bowl. When I opened the bowl at my home I found loads of chicken pieces in it. Extremely unacceptable.

My Reaper ranch burrito was really small. The potatoes inside were not fully cooked. I was not happy about it. The speed of the service was fast. The place from the inside and outside is really nice and clean. The customer service was all right.
