Today i ordered at 1:36 PM using the kiosk and paid $13.08. I waited over 17 minutes and kept checking the pickup area — nothing came out. I finally asked the staff, and they couldn’t even find my order in the system. No apology, no explanation, and instead of fixing it or offering to make the food, they just gave me a refund — and even that was short. I only got $11.64 back. This is honestly ridiculous. I go to this location often and have never been treated like this. At the very least, they should’ve apologized or made the order quickly once they realized the mistake. Really bad service and
