Pour Decisions off Beacon in Fremont has a fun mix of vibes. Inside, it feels very coffee and fruit tea focused. Outside, the seating has more of that relaxed beer garden feel, which I really liked. We tried two drinks: the Strawberry Lychee Jasmine Tea and the Original Michelada Lady. The tea wasn’t really for me, but my honey liked it, so that one may depend on your taste. Now the michelada? That was the winner for me. Great flavor, and the rim had this tasty chamoy, hot sauce, and salty kick that paired perfectly with the drink. I’ve had my share of micheladas, and this one is an easy 9 out of 10. To get that full 10 out of 10, I feel like it just needed a little something extra on top, maybe a shrimp, bacon, or a cheese twirl to really take it over the edge. Fair warning, halfway through the drink the corners of my mouth were almost painted in that orange-red chamoy sauce from the rim. Great new place for coffee and beer in Fremont! Service was great. I ordered a banana latte, banana matcha latte (a modification to add matcha), and regular Vietnamese coffee and they were all great drinks! My barista/bartender Tommy was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the drinks I wanted. The outdoor patio adds a nice touch to this location. Online ordering was straightforward and simple to use as well. Definitely be coming back to this Fremont location to satisfy my latte cravings!

Fun new spot in central Fremont! Lots of drink options and beers on tap, great for anyone. I would recommend the black sesame latte or any matcha drink! The staff are also super helpful :)) Line can get a little long, but it moves fast. There’s also plenty of seating inside and outside. Street parking can also fill up, so you might have to walk a little.

We had an amazing time at Poor Decisions! We spent a few days at their location off Grant Road by El Camino Hospital while waiting for our baby girl and later visited their Mowry location in Fremont. The branding is on point—we love the colors and the whole vibe inside. Everyone is friendly, the food is great, and the drinks are truly unique. We think it’s awesome that Vince has taken his business this far—coming from our hometown Milpitas and even attending Milpitas High. We applaud his efforts and are proud to support it!

Visited the San Jose and Mountain View locations in the past so having one open in Fremont is a win. Way closer to home, which means I’ll be a regular here. Stopped by for the grand opening. Lion dancers out front, good turnout, same clean setup as the other stores. Indoor seating plus a solid patio. The drinks were on point. The banana matcha is the standout. Layered, not too sweet, and the banana actually comes through without being artificial. Also had the strawberry refresher and an iced coffee, both solid!

Pour decisions is my new favorite cafe!! The service was amazing, everyone was friendly, but jar stood out. She was helpful with drink recommendations. I got the strawberry lychee tea, i was pleasantly surprised to find out that it came with lychee jelly, no extra cost. I also got the pesto mozzarella sandwich, which was delicious and affordable.

I LOVE POUR DECISIONS! I used to live near their San Jose location but had moved to the East Bay recently so when I found out they were opening a Fremont location I counted down the days. I was a little nervous about the quality of the drinks the first few days since they will have new staff, but the consistency is perfect! You can tell the ownership and staff took their time training to make sure you get the same quality no matter which location you’re at. I have a few drink on rotation that never disappoint: iced Hawaiian Latte, iced Peanut Butter Latte, and the traditional Phin Iced coffee with Ube Cold foam. Highly recommend!
