This place is pretty bad. They don’t care or even start the order. Had to come in for service. Never again. 3 people walked out. If we didn’t do online we would have left also. This is the only one around to sad. 😢

I'm not sure where to start. Upon entry my feet stuck to the floor. The entire restaurant is filthy. Every single table was dirty. The floor was dirty. The windows and checkout area was dirty. I should have turned around at that point, I know. But we decided to order anyway🤦. The register lady was nice when I asked someone to clean a table for us. We finally received our food after about 20 minutes. I ordered the chicken strips meal. My first bite was like rubber. I attempted to take another bite, but I couldn't even bite thru it. Worst Jack in the Box ever !!! Terrible service !!! I ordered an order of tiny tacos and only got 7 out of 13 !!! My fries were half way full ! Never again going to this shitty place !

So you've been the last three times I come to this restaurant they haven't got my order completely correct. Last what time was the most inaccurate the closest location to my house and I only go here about three times a year. Due to their inaccuracy in orders so they got my burger wrong they got my drink wrong and they got my order of mozzarella sticks wrong. After I had told them it was incorrect in the screen two times!... The mozzarella sticks at no cheese they were hard and crusty I do not recommend them I wouldn't even feed them to my dog. I definitely will not be stopping here again. Ther
