Ordered 2 iced Matcha latte, double smoked bacon and Grriled cheese, all items arrived within 8 min except one drink took 25 minutes, drink tasted like the milk went bad. Love starbucks but not ever going back to this one on Blackstone and Clinton.

Got a bad drink this morning. They were super busy so I understand. I called and spoke with Ninea (sorry if I spelled it wrong) and offered to make a new drink without any worries. Absolutely amazing. I’ve never called to ask for a new drink but me and my husband love this location so I knew they would be so kind as to help me. :)

Usually this location is lovely with both service and drinks. However my visit this morning was different. I was rushed at the window with 0 greeting (thats fine i get sometimes people dont have energy to talk too much haha) but then i got home and there was chunks of black, hard plastic in my drink. I drank some of them and spit out a handful of plastic. Really disappointed.

Very rude customer service. Just went through the drive-thru to get a cup of ice but instead im getting attitude and telling me that I need to purchase something in order to receive a cup of ice, which makes absolutely no sense. So I said just charge me for it, She repeats “you need to make a purchase firstly”. Disgusting
