Stephanie★★★★Ordered a Large white chocolate espresso Shaker WITH pumpkin cold foam and LIGHT ICE. Definitely did not get either. Tastes fine till but there was definitely more ice added and no evidence of cold foam. Didn't get a receipt but know I paid extra for something I didn't get. Love caribou but everytime I go, I never know what I will get because every drink seems to be inconsistent.

They should spend a bit more of money training an actual cook and have real made breakfast in some, if not all locations. My matcha and coffee are both good and bad depending on the employee working.

Even if im not using the app whoever is working drive through is always friendly and helpful. I always have a good experience coming here. Well managed store. The ham and cheese croissant is the best coffee store food anywhere.
