I recently dined at La Casita and had a pleasant experience overall. The food was good, fresh ingredients, nicely presented, and satisfying. What really stood out, though, was the excellent service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure we felt welcome from start to finish. Very good food. Very nicely decorated restaurant with friendly and attentive staff. The food was delicious and hot. We are in New Brighton Minnesota looking for a good Mexican restaurant and found one!! Very clean restaurant. Plenty of parking. I highly recommend this establishment. It is family friendly. Clean restrooms a plus. Come and bring your family and children. This is as close to Texas mexican food as your going to get. It did not disappoint the very picky eater (me). God bless 🙏

The carnitas are not carnitas i’m hispanic and i definitely know what carnitas are. It tasted like curry and very dry, if you are looking for an authentic mexican restaurant do not come here.

Food was amazing! Everything that was ordered around us smelled so good. Got the 2 item combo with chicken enchiladas for $12.99, very large portions. Chips and salsa great and they have very crispy Coca Cola (like better than McDonalds). Would recommend.
