I bought a nacho bellgrande, asked for steak along with the beef. They left the beef out and the steak was legitimately burnt like... it honestly tasted like it had been set on fire. They also put next to no cheese or any of the other toppings. This used to be a great tacobell... it has been horrible for years now and I always forget how little they care about the food and service at this location... drive a couple miles up the street and go to the other location... the food is night and day difference compared to the horrible food this location puts out... for reference for taco bell corporat

When in Rome, they say to do as the Romans do so since I was in Gahanna Ohio I thought I should drop into this Taco Bell. Now this must be a trendsetter with Taco Bell because it’s got a different layout. It’s more modern cleaner, crisp, or efficient. No, this being one of their newer remodel facilities, they did incorporate the self-serve kiosk, which I hate, but the counter staff was more than willing to let me order at the counter, unlike most McDonald’s nowadays . Got to say, I tried one of their taco pizzas which looked delicious in the picture, but it’s a C at best . All in all I hig

I miss good Taco Bell. Now I'm given crappy looking food with extremely spotty ingredients. Meat on one half of a taco, sauce on the other half... Lettuce is the best looking part and then we get a sad sprinkle of cheese. It's gotten more sad looking. And now every time I go I'm practically begged to do a survey. My job does surveys too, but I would never ask a customer to do the survey if I am doing poor work. I miss Taco Bell being the go to snack/late night food
