You order at the bar and take a number and seat your self. Which I like because I get my order in faster. There's not really a wait staff. I believe a cook dropped off my food but nobody checked up on me after that. So service was meh. I ordered the brisket sandwich with fries. Big disappointment! The brisket had no flavor or seasoning. Bland as cardboard. The dipping juice was practically water. I was expecting a nice vine
