Me and a buddy from work went for lunch and man this place was cool! You walk in it’s got that old school vibe, you’ll see in my pictures! Especially for me being middle-aged I love looking around at all the stuff. Now onto the food! Now I love me some pizza! I’m from New York, but I love to try everything because a lot of these places make all different kinds of pizza and I just love it! My Buddy had a curry chicken pizza and he loved it. Never heard of it before lol. I had bacon and ham and it was really good! I took a bunch of pictures of the pizza and the restaurant so check it out and def

I usually love SquareHouse because it has a cool atmosphere and good food. I don’t know where else you can find gluten-free, dairy-free deep-dish pizza AND waffles (even if they’re really expensive). But when I got a plain pizza today to cut back a little on the cost, this is what I got. It made me laugh because I’ve never seen a pizza look like this before, as if someone just poured some sauce on top and called it a day. Don’t get me wrong, it tasted alright once I moved the globs of sauce around myself, but for $24 (including a 20% tip), I think people deserve a bit more effort.

SquareHouse Pizza is an excellent spot for Detroit-style pizza in Gainesville. We tried a good spread—the Motor City, Garden Variety, and a classic cheese—and all of them were well done with great flavor and that thick, crispy crust you want. Service was quick, there’s plenty of outdoor seating, and only limited space inside. A solid choice if you’re craving Detroit-style pizza done right.

Fantastic detroit style pizza. I love the environment of 4th Ave Food Park and the flavors are fantastic. Quality ingredients, filling portions, incredible vibes, great for a chill afternoon or evening with friends. They also have great gluten free crust, never had anything like it before.
