Food is good like any steak and shake but idk what the employees at this location are doing. Every time we go to takes 20 minutes to get our food. We thought ordering online ahead of time would help. We were waiting for 30 minutes inside after ordering. We periodically checked on our order a couple times because it was taking so long. At about 30 min they were like oh it's been ready it's on the warmer. Apparently theyve had our food ready for 20 min, even tho we've been asking about it they haven't bothered to give us the food. Ordered a butter steak burger and they genuinely served me a cheeseburger with a slab of solid butter on it. I mean I could forgive getting half of the order wrong (which also happened, might I add), but a WHOLE slab of butter? Thats a bit much.

While I was eating, I witnessed an employee in the kitchen openly expressing frustration that customers were coming in close to closing time. He repeatedly commented that people were doing it on purpose and that he was tired of dealing with it. What made the situation even more concerning was that he began questioning customers about whether they attended UF, asking their major and what year they were in school.
