Bela Widi★★★★★Parking is plenty at a strip mall in Montgomery Village. The sign is clear, the restaurant is clean. I was greeted by 2 staffs. There was another table of 2. It was on a Wednesday at 3:00 PM, so it's not a meal hour. I had the special beef rib pho. The meat fell off the bone, so tender and tasty. No need hoisin sauce on the broth, taste it first before you add anything. I will come back to try others.

Madi Kreitz★★★Nice place. My boyfriend and I got the spring rolls and the pho. The spring rolls were a little heavy and just had a lot of meat. The pho was pretty good and everything was fast coming out. Not sure exactly how authentic it was but it didn't seem like it. The staff was nice but was more focused on talking rather than working. They only came to our table when we asked them for something.
M. Santo★★★Things are different the atmosphere is lacking and the food is not as good as it use to be. Quality is lacking. Limes were old. Bean sprouts are old. Pre-packed baggies shows Quality is not a priority. This used to be my go to phô place but now on the search for a NEW place. Sad 😔
