Taco Bar is a hyper local family restaurant located in Gaithersburg, MD that is dedicated to serving the community and paying homage to the food ways of Mexico. The restaurant reopened their doors after being affected by a tragic fire that resulted in the owners having to rebuild from scratch. Been going to Taco Bar for years and have fallen in love with the Burriloco! Was so sad to hear about the fire. I really felt for the staff, patrons and the business. We were waiting for them to open back up and we were so excited they were open again. Beautiful new interior, updated menu but the same great food, welcoming environment and friendly staff. Highly recommend! Give them a try, bring a friend and always support local businesses and our local economy 😊♥️

Authentic, Fresh and really delicious! The salsa bar is a great touch and the prices are reasonable. This place is a hidden gem and the portions are generous. I ate birria tacos combo and I was very satisfied.
