From the customers and the menu, I could tell it was an authentic Chinese restaurant. My children and I all agreed that the crispy beef was the best dish. The 夫妻肺片Sichuan spicy beef and tripe dish was a little bland; I think the meat slices were cut too large, which prevented the flavors from fully penetrating. If I go back to that area again, I’d like to try some of their other dishes.
