Omggggg God is the greatest. Kaila my server was the best I've truly had. She was beyond attentive, wonderful smile and remind me of a home diner. Her wonderful manager came out and asked was everything wonderful and that made my heart even more full. Then they played really good music and the food was beyond the best. Was sad about my Father's death and Kaila, Ariel and Milton hugged me as if I was there family. I'm telling y'all please go support them. 100 STARS WILL BE BACK VERY SOON. LOVE Y'ALL ❤️ 😍 💖 ❣️ 💕 💘 THANKS FOR BEING THERE FOR ME

I went in at 7:10 pm after going off duty a 14 hour shift at work thinking that I'll be able to sit down and eat seeing that Google says that they close at 9 pm. Instead I was greeted with we're closing at 7:30 tonight and we're mostly out of everything. I was disappointed to say the least but after driving all day for work, I didnt feel like driving anywhere else and decided to just order one of the sandwiches that they had available. The sandwich was good, hence the 2 stars. Another unprofessional thing I noticed was there was a worker parked in the back in their car bumping very loud music

I grew up in Michigan and always went to big boy probably once a week. It was a great experience in the food was excellent. Now living in Florida I miss the taste of their hamburgers and the spaghetti. I recently had the opportunity to go to Cleveland and was excited to hear that there were two big boys there. I went to both of them one for breakfast and one for lunch, but this restaurant was the worst experience so I’m leaving a review here. First off I’ll never understand why Ohio serves tartar sauce on their hamburgers, it’s the most disgusting thing I’ve ever heard of, I ended up putting F

Move over, Ronald — the real Big Mac lives here, and his name is Big Boy. Stopped by Frisch’s Big Boy on a road trip through Ohio and left with a belly full of greatness and a newfound respect for burger history. This place isn’t just slinging burgers — it’s preserving a legacy. The Big Boy burger? It’s like the Big Mac’s cooler, older brother who never sold out. Juicy patties, crisp lettuce, special sauce that actually tastes special — it’s everything McDonald’s wishes it could be. You can taste the difference: the buns aren’t squished, the meat has flavor, and the vibe screams retro Americ
